Once we receive your request, we will review your claim and may request additional information. Valid claims will be honored via one of the following options:

We strive to resolve warranty claims within 7–14 business days.
Some products sold by DAE Shop may carry manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our standard coverage. In such cases, you may be required to file a claim directly with the manufacturer. We’ll provide assistance where possible.
If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
You may be asked to return the defective product, in which case we will issue a return label.
If your claim is denied, we may return the item at your expense.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAE Shop will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as described above.
