  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the defect or damage

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra charge

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase or before shipment. After that, the item may already be in transit and subject to the return process outlined here.


8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned not in original condition

  • Missing parts or packaging

  • Returns beyond the 30-day window (if approved at our discretion)


9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
